Yesterday while fishing under a tree in strong winds, a branch fell out of the tree and landed a foot away from me smashing my cup-kit to pieces.
A couple of days before that I was driving along with my window half down by a bloke mowing the grass verge. A stone flicked out of the mower and hit the top of my side window. A fraction higher and it would have taken out my right eye.
Now I'm not a religious person and I've got no time for Derek Acorah and "Most Haunted" but I'm beginning to wonder if someone from above or from "the other side" was trying to tell me to stick to my left side margin and go easy on the feed!
