Daughter “ I’m having a go”
Daughter “all done do you want a go dad”
Me “I’ll need to make an account, how’s about I go halves with ya?”
Daughter “er ok but for £19 you get 15 tickets”
Me “ cool 15 chances”
Daughter “ I’ll need to read the t&c”
Me “why, it’s easy, I give you £5 job done”
Daughter “ but you get 15 tickets”
Me “and?”
Daughter “well who gets 8”

We are still having the conversation
Daughter has two degrees, one being a first
I’m really worried about the future

There's a rise of these online where items are been raffled off to a bigger sum than the item is worth. The thing is people (The ticket sellers) need to be careful as it's classed as gambling and you need a license to do it online.

A lot of people won't know it's actually illegal to run these types of games online without a license.

You get caught it could be a big fine.

I thought it was just me that didn't understand the maths. £10, £19, 15 tickets £5 for half. And what have the terms and conditions got to do with the maths? Confused.

I have seen a lot of angling scams going about recently, ya pay and win nowt. Especially raffle ones.
