Have a look here Mick...

Just go to the manufacturer you like and scroll down the product list to the very end and it will say whips.

The Daiwa Tournement Whip I understand is exceptional although a bit pricey at 300 + it does however come with Flick tip and hollow tip for elastication. Most manufacturers have a selection of whips and decent Tackle dealers will sell them.

Hi
I have the old daiwa connoisseur whip which I would think is very close to the tournement whip but a little shorter in length to the new version. I've 6 elastic fitted and the flick tip I use for my bleak catching on the Thames. Not cheap but very nice and light to hold.
I have caught a few carp on it by mistake while I was fishing for roach but it was a little under gunned for them. Did catch a barbel on the Thames with it. It was just 6 inches in length though but I can say I caught a barbel on a whip :)
