I brought a new map 525 competition pole last week and was looking forward to useing it, so next match was on the river down evesham and just put 8 baitdrops on 1 of my swims and was going to do the same with the other so i filled the baitdropper up and was just about to ship out but then my brand new pole snaped clean in half[:0]

but i still won[][]

Manufacturer defects will show themselves within the first couple of times on the bank, take it back to the retailer and let them know what has happened they should send it back to MAP and get it sorted for you.

How big was the bait dropper and how heavy? and was it bouncing as you swung it out?
