It's Friday and it always used to be music day

So a classic by King and a classic that never needs an excuse to be played

If this doesn't make your arm hair stand up you must be dead.

Amongst some seriously good artists, doing an excellent job of a tribute to George......Prince came in at the end and showed what a great player he was.
The intensity and inventiveness of his playing around those chord changes took the limelight......deservedly so.

Blanks it doesn't get any better than that.
This is the tv studio version where they crammed the long version into a shorter time.
It was like they were on speed.

Phoen, they were my favorite band as a teenage school boy. Very talented musicians.

Appreciated 70s rock as I got older and there were so many good guitar bands about.
Listening to Golden Earing - Radar Love as I type ☺

Now for something a little slower, the words and music are like a Van Gogh masterpiece. Sorry couldn't find a decent live version.

Good track, but less than spontaneous, studio recording, despite Steve Lukather guitar work.
Try this....

That Prince guitar bit gets better every time.

Back to the 70s again, always loved this...
Vinegar Joe, a real blast from the past. I had all three of their albums.

Elkie Brookes - brilliant!!! And still touring now.
