On a more serious note:

The number of people to have died with coronavirus in the UK has risen to 578, the Department of Health said.

It said that, as of 09:00 GMT, a total of 11,658 people had tested positive for the virus.

Well I have been retired 2 years and start a new job tomorrow
Paperboy. 57 year old paperboy.
All in a good cause. Daughter mates dad is self isolating and has bought a Daily Mirror for as long as he can remember so I got the job to deliver his paper. Probably about a 250 yard round trip.
And I am not counting it as my daily exercise. That be later with the dog.

Another 13000+ cases in USA today. They now have more cases than both Italy and China ( that’s if you believe China’s figures).

For everyone spouting the FB theory that this is from a lab, it doesn't stack up. To make a weaponized virus, you start with a known human-active virus e.g. flu or smallpox and then modify. The sequence for Covid-19 is very different to anything previously known to be human-active and reflects those found in bats and pangolins. That, by the way, is a sequence provided by those shocking Chinese and characterised by their close allies, the US. Trump would say that was actually the liberal elite at Scripps in California so practically socialist and to be ignored but it is fact. Lots of experts spouting rubbish of all sorts. It makes no sense to cripple your opponents as well as yourself and your allies - some recovered folks in Wuhan are testing positive again.

Plus, for everyone saying they won't be buying anything Chinese in future (good luck with that), will that extend to goods from the land of the denier-in-chief in the White House? Anyone who thinks governments tell us (or each other) everything is naive but if indicative symptoms vary from very mild to death then how can you count numbers?

People around here have been getting warnings from the police about unnecessary travel in cars.

Just in case I die from this virus, I’ve put a price list on my fishing tackle. Can’t let the wife price it, she’d be going of the price I told her I paid for it.
I did have a quick conversation with Mrs Maesknoll, just advising her that there is an awful lot of money sat in fishing gear and tools in the garage and not to sell it too cheaply should the worst happen. Although, I reckon this will hit sales, even SH for quite a while.

The Chinese haven’t just started eating bats.
They’ve been eating bats, rats, cats et all for thousands of years.
So why has the virus just materialised?

Because it weren't caused by that, it was like others Made in a lab and released. The them bats rats and cats is an excuse a bit like the elderly living longer and why the nhs is Ballaxed, Funny how them 2 go together and this Virus could wipe out a lot on em. But believe what ya want.
