Just a quick thumbs up for Ultimate. Ordered some pole bungs online and paid for them. 2 days later they arrived but 6 instead of the 10 ordered. Ben had already left a message on the phone asking me to ring him. Result a total refund to spend on other goods, these arrived the day after, brilliant customer service. No fuss and very pleasant. Ordered a Badger pole Roller off Ultimate the other week cost £21.46 inc. delivery but I paid for the cheap delivery and not next day. I left a message on my order asking if they could despatch that day so there was a chance of me getting by the weekend. Bearing in mind I paid about £6 for delivery and £15 foor next day; It arrived next day, Spot on again!
