Fished at Aldin fishery tonight, draw at 4.30pm (if fritz ever turns up on time) Fished at 5.30pm.
Unlike my usual performance at Aldin over the last 4 weeks My tutor tonight was wobbley tits Slim (haha).
Learnt so much tonight about pole fishing, more importantly had a great laugh. Mainly at Tex expense lol.
Some great results with everybody bagging over 20lbs in 3 hrs.
Winner had 33-14oz with Bite coming a very very close 13lbs.
Well done to both of them my money has dissapeared again!!!
Would like to personally thank Slim (tony) for all his help tonight bagged up 25lbs and 8 oz which i think after catching only 6 fish last week is a fantastic result.
So looking forward to next weeks visit to Aldin to fish by myself again and see how the lesson has helped my fishing.
To anyone reading this who doesnt know the lads that well, i would say ask for help if you need it, as i have, the lads are great and always willing to help.

"I caught a twenty pound salmon last week."

"Were there any witnesses?"

"There sure were. If there hadn't been, it would have been forty pounds."
