Had a cracking day on Tuesday. I'm not a fan of commercial waters being a small river person really. Caught steadily through the day managing seven species. Bream, Dace, Mirror Carp, Crucian Carp, Perch, Roach and Tench. Really pleased with the two Crucians, never caught one before.

It's only the hairs on a Gooseberry that stop it from being a grape.

Worked for me.

I've only fished puma once I normaly fish the match lakes or bridges in winter.

On the day I fished it I only caught bream, every bait I threw in a bream was waiting some of them quite a nice size.

I fished Puma last Sunday. Started off on the method but no carp were showing, and catching Bream and Tench on it wasn't much fun. So I rigged up a float rod and fished to a patch of pads with a small waggler. Fished corn and garlic meat feeding 4mm pellets and had a great few hours, about a dozen Tench, same amount of Bream and a bonus common that went about 6lb.

mmmh,

I think you need to check up a few fish identification charts/books

theres no dace in Puma, and the Crucians were more than likely F1 hybrid carp

why are the next pegs to me vacant?
