| I always find it a little overwhelming and busy for my liking. I'm sure when you speak with someone they are great and they do have a lot of items to look at and hold but just a bit big and if you're not too confident its not always easy to find someone to speak to. |

Another thumbs up for Ted Carter!
Last July I heard that Drennan were to discontinue their Stillwater Blue range of floats so I decided to buy one of each size.
Most places were out of stock, but found them advertised on the Ted Carter site and put in an order. Sizes 1 and 3 arrived but the rest were put on back order, after quite a time they told me that they were discontinued and replaced with the glow tip antenna range, so I ordered and received them as replacements.
Imagin my surprise when I received a parcel this week with four Stillwater Blues of varying sizes with no charge. Apparently they had been given them by the rep and they passed them on to me.
More than I could have expected, good guys. |

| I used TC's recently to order a discontinued Maver power kit, here within a week, text the day before to say it had been dispatched too, spot on thanks.. |

Placed a few orders during the 1p postage, ended up with 25 emails, explaining step by step delivery and out of stock updates.
Top quality service, would recommend to anyone. Plus lisa carter is pretty hot ;) on their facebook page :) |

| Superb tackle shop. They always give you lots of time and advice. They. have a facebook page and have started doing some good offers eg. 1000 likes and they emailed you a 10 quid voucher |

Have to agree with you guys: Ted Carters have and continue to provide a truly excellent mail order service to us expats down here in Australia. One of the most important things to us is good comunication and as such the staff at TC's are doing a great job and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone with concerns about ordering stuff over the internet

I rang and e-mailed countless shops for a no.4 section for my Maver pole and got told time and time again it had been discontinued. I phoned Ted Carter yesterday dinnertime and asked if he could get the section. He said he'd have to order it but said he should be able to get it, to which I told him I'd been told I'd be lucky to find one.
He took my number and said he'd ring me back. Ten minutes later he phoned back and said he actually had one in the shop. Needless to say I was over the moon and ordered it there and then. I got a text message saying my parcel had been dispatched at 4.30pm. 10am this morning my parcel arrives.
All I can say is first class service. He was the only one (Lewis was his name by the way) who even offered to phone Maver to see if he could get it. The rest just told me they didn't have it. I'll certainly be using them again. Thanks for a great service. |

Ted Carters is the first place I look at now when I need to replace/update my tackle as the service has got to be the best I have ever experienced with communication and speed of delivery.

I ordered some bait a few weeks back, but one item was out of stock.
I never had to check if they had forgotten my order as was kept informed all the way. Had an email yesterday to say the item was despatched and was delivered this morning.
Thats what i call brilliant customer service. |
I'd rather be fishing. |

Hi All.
Ordered a power top 2 for my lads xr1 pole from Ted Carters still waiting 2 weeks latter, must say on there defence, did ring them and they say they have to order from diawa.
So i will get it when they get it, still waiting.

Ordered a preston space shuttle from them for my father in law,ups who delivered it had smashed the box up & shuttle was covered in some fluid.
Ted carter were on it straight away & sent me a polo shirt & cap as a way of saying sorry,nothing to do with them all ups fault.Just ordered two more shuttles for me & the wife,ordered wednesday night being delivered friday.
Top service as always,will always use. |
