got a club match on here at the weekend any info (maybee mouse) chopped worm caster or squatts???? never even been so any info appreciated

Are you above the lock or below it?

They have been catching a lot of chub below it on the first peg into the trees, you have got to put a chopped line in across for chub where ever you draw, keep trying it when you need to rest your squatt lines.

would you recommend feeding the squatts in gb or just on there own mate,

I always fish squatt over groundbait, i put 2 balls up the shelf and one down to start, i dont loosefeed many squatts in the early stages,I'd rather feel my way in.

Some of the pegs hold a lot of gudgeon inside.

the match went well, it was won with an incredible 24lb of chub the biggest nearly 5lb. i ended up fourth for a section win with 3lb 14oz

i think it was yes, a u shaped cut out . perfect looking peg, the chub were huge just a shame they were all in one peg!!!
