hi turtleshead welcome to the md forum an old friend of mine fished farmer browns pool recently and emptied it,his name was lobster belly, presume you are related and you let him fish it for free and to be honest with all your money you could stock the water and let everyone fish it for free |

hi ayinga! sorry about misleading you about osram mill but im such a dumbo! who is this lobster belly you speak highly of? a local legend? any how he hasnt fished my water as far as i know as i have not issued any permits whatsover since i took over it as i wanted it to have a rest from being fished. he must have been poaching , which , if he didnt know it was private , fair enough , but i will be putting signs up soon and it will be a very select few who are able to fish it and i aim to make it the most myserious and secretive water in the north of england and if my gamekeeper (farmer jack) sees anyone poaching they will promptly be shot with an 1808 Harpers Ferry Blunderbus. i have already secured special permisisson from the EA to stock it with a suprise or 2 which are currently being imported from a secret supplier in russia (so make of that what you will!) if you wish to join this exciting and mysterious group please forward me your bank details and a scan of your passport , birth certificate and driving license. please pm me for my private and mysterious email address. many thanks Brian Turtleshead M.B.E.

terry tortoise toes, sorry brian bull...t i have conversed with my own solicitor and have established with him that farmer jacks hole has been closed to the public for some time, due to a harvesting accident so i am lead to believe, however he states that the legal owner of the hole must make it accessible to the general public as it crosses a parish boundary and is therfore a perocial right of way i know this may fly right above your head but it means your right to offering exclusive membership would be invalid even if you owned the land/water as access to the general public or minesterial/clergy/holyman/anyone cannot and i repeat cannot be violated |

hi ayinga indeed farmer jacks is only one of my many waters in my current portfolio. i also have part ownership of some very famous waters around the north west although i must decline to name them as i dont wish to be seen to blowing my own trumpet .PAARRRPPP. any hoo my private waters contain a great varition of species ranging from perch and roach to more lesser known fish like tench , bream and gudgeon. please check out next weeks issue of angling times for a very rare interview with me regarding the importing of fish from russia , serbia and wales. by the way , adressing my unfortunate second name as terrapintail is neither big nor clever and it is a good job i dont take things to heart. i learned my lesson back in 1983 when killer jackson ,the bully at school used to call me "turtleturd" (i kid you not) and one day i thought i would get my own back on him by leaving a "turtle turd" in his lunch box but he didnt find the funny side and pummeled me to a bloody pulp. now i just laugh it off when people mock my name.

such bizare behaviour ayinga here i am offering you the chance of a life time opportunity to join the most secretive syndicate in the country and you are mocking the very way i earned my millions! my inbox has been flooded with people wanting to join but i am only going to accept the 1st 12 people. those 12 will know who they are as they have had replies but only 3 have paid the £6000 joining fee. the others need to pay before thursday at noon or the next people on the list will be offered your space. toodle pip. |

£6000 is a bit steep for membership of the most secrative club in the world especially when it is being run by the worlds most secrative club secretary. ps i have heard people say they've got the turtleshead and i have no idea what they are talking about. could you enlighten me at all |

boo yaka shay turtay my man. been on a water today that may tickle your fancy for investment. farmer stans drain in twasington on the parp. not a long stretch of river by your humble standards,as i know you own many waters, however you may be interested in the 2 yard stretch that is up for rent at the rear of the ring of feathers in twasington. |

HMMMMMMMMMMM the ring of feathers you say? twasington you say? to say i know the place would be lieing but i am all ears. i dont currently own any rights to any rivers in this fair country of ours although i do own a river in spain called the Ebro.i am currently stocking it at the source with huge cod and flounder (the spanish think im daft as basil brush but i think they will improve the sport 10 fold.) i bought it of a spanish waiter i know over there called manuel. he is very knowledgable about spanish angling and never gives me any faulty advice. to all the people who have inboxed me i will get around to replying very soon if you are succesful although it may not be for a few days as i am suffering from a severe bout of diarrhea which i think i got from my trip to stoke on trent when i tried a local delicacy of stewed eel stuffed with cows udders and boiled in carlesberg special brew.
