See my reply to the mighty river thread. I use Van Den Eyde Molasses extract in my groundbait cause the roach and bream love the sweetness.

Sonubaits Monster Crab for the Carp....
Sonubaits F1 for the F1s, Roach and Bream (as it is super sweet)....

...and a few other bits, but they're secret haha

I use my bloodworm and krill maggot powder everytime i use red maggots, can't beat it for bagging up on carp and barble
