How, when and where can I fish?

There are 80 real life venues and 500 pegs on the disc, so whether  you want to go float, ledger, fly, lure or sea fishing  this amazing simulator will allow you to fish on your PC in the most realistic way ever.  Fish the lochs of Scotland, canals, lakes and shore of England and France, even fish in Australia, whenever you want, any time of the day or night , no matter the weather. 

What can I catch?

You can catch carp, trout, salmon, pike, perch, tench eels, rays, pollock, catfish, bream, in fact virtually anything else you can catch in real life.

How realistic is it?

Ultra realistic.  All the venues are photo-realistic, based on real life locations, with everything from the water motion effects when your float lands on the water to the bird sound in the background.  As the day progresses the light and temperature changes, affecting the behavior of the fish.  So if you are fishing early one summer evening, it will be a completely different experience to fishing, the same venue, one winters morning.

Is it a game or a simulation?

Although great fun, this is not strictly a game.  It is fishing simulated.  Ever caught a 20lb carp on a light set up and had to play the fish for an age? Or been lure fishing for perch or chub  and a 30lb pike snaps and heads off to the horizon?  Anything that can happen in the real world is simulated here.

How difficult is it to set up?

Not at all- we appreciate not everyone is a computer expert and Fishsim reflect this.  Easily set up with help, tips and a simple reminder system for the controls this means within 5 minutes of receiving Fish Sim you could be reeling in tench from the River Lot

Can I adjust the time of day and time of the year?

Yes, in normal mode the product runs in real time, however there is an easy option to adjust the time of day and time of year to your choice.  If you want to fish on 25th December at 2PM you can!

Can I fish with two rods?

Yes, you can set your first rod up with maybe a float or a ledger, or try a little spinning, whilst your second rod is set up on a ledger, with a bite alarm waiting to go off.

What tackle can I use?

There are literally thousands of combinations of tackle with a wide choice of rods, lines, reels, hooks, lures, weights, ledger set ups, flies, get yourself set-up and go fishing!!  Of course as the day progresses you can quickly and easily adjust your set up
