Terms & Conditions relating to the Submission of a Tackle Shop 



Maggotdrowning.com is an information site for the UK, Coarse Angler. Submission of Shop Details by any individual not connected with the submitted shop or business does not and will not constitute any part of an agreement between Maggotdrowning.com or the Webmaster  and the Submitter or the Shop or any Business or individual connected to. 

Following submission, an entry - the Shop or Business Name, will be placed on the site within the "Tackle Shop" page and under an alphabetized header dependant on the location (Town/City). The information included with will be specific to the information submitted. 

If you are not connected to the shop or business, the entry will be placed as a 'Standard Text Listing' for which there is no charge. This entry will remain for a period of a minimum thirty days during which time we will contact the Shop or Business to confirm the submitted details.

If you are connected to the shop or business, the entry will be placed as requested and for which the following fees will become payable if applicable. Should you choose a 'Standard Text Listing' the entry is free but can be upgraded at anytime by resubmitting the details or by contacting us via email.
